This is how I got my start in tech support. I was simply the guy who was good at fixing computers. I kept going from there. That was 1995, so I have a lot of experience with a wide range of networks and systems.
I work with Window and Macs regularly, with the occasional Linux box. I can get them talking to each other, evaluate system performance, secure your network, configure your email, install a server… pretty much anything you need for a small network.
